See the various Golf & Advertisement Packages available on the outing Registration page. Individual Donor Gifts are appreciated in any amount you choose. The goal is to provide nice prizes, great food, and fun during the outing.

In 2018, 228 golfers attended the fourth annual golf outing, now held at Butler's Golf Course. Previously, in 2017, 256 golfers registered for our event which was once again held at Cedarbrook Golf Course.. In 2016, we were able to reserve both the Red and Gold courses at Cedarbrook Golf Course due to 254 registering for the outing. In 2015, 144 golfers and our 25 volunteers enjoyed an absolutely beautiful day on the Gold Course. Helping make this possible were 50 sponsors! As was the case in previous years, fantastic prizes will be up for grabs both through the Chinese auction as well as those bringing their "A" game on the course by facing some fun challenges.

The 5th Annual Jereme Dudzinski Foundation Golf Outing has been scheduled!

Day: Saturday, May 18, 2019

Time: 7:30 AM (Registration Begins)

           9:00 AM Shotgun Start

Location: Butler's Golf Course 

                 800 Rock Run Rd, Elizabeth, PA 15037

Please consider joining us to support this great event. Once again, we are seeking broad community participation. A variety of avenues exist in terms of involvement, including volunteering as a business sponsor, raffle prize donor, or of course, simply enrolling as a golfer! We also greatly appreciate individual cash donations.

A dinner buffet will immediately follow the outing.

NO EVENT-DAY PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
